The winter of 2010 - 2011 was mostly spent enjoying the arrival of our new grandson Treyton David Havard.  He arrived on November 1, 2010.  We did find the time to install new cabin windows and a new functional head and holding tank. We also made repairs to the rudder post and packing gland on the top of the rudder.  As I type this we are contemplating using next winter as the time we modernize the interior of Misty with a complete renovation and upgrades to the galley, electrical system and main salon.  Time, money and energy will tell I guess.
